Fast Chicken Fajitas

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 large onion, diced
1 large green pepper, cut into strips
1 large red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
2 tablespoons dry fajita seasoning
flour tortillas

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onions and peppers and saute for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the onions are tender.

In a small bowl, combine the chicken and fajita seasoning until the chicken is thoroughly coated. Add to the skillet and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, or until no pink remains in the chicken and the onions are browned, stirring frequently.

Distribute the chicken mixture evenly over the tortillas. Top with salsa and sour cream. Serve with rice on the side.
